Copying other peoples content is what the search engine dislikes the most, as a blogger you are expected by the search engine to give original contents not copied once. The search engine dislikes it because it gives it too much problem when crawling, when the search engine comes across two similar contents, it becomes confused on which one of them is the original.
Copying other peoples content will do no good to your blog instead it will deny your blog many things which are.
Visibility
Someone call me friend someday telling him that his posts do not show up on google when he searchs for it. His post where not visible on the search engine because known of his post is original, all of them where copied from one blog or the other. When you copy from a blog that is bigger than yours, the blog over shadows yours and render yours invisible on the search engine. Avoid copying other peoples post if you want to be visible on the search engine.

Alexa ranks according to your views, backlinks etc. So when you are not having enough views your Alexa rank will be low.

Adsense is the best ads network with the ads encription, pays well but have too many policies which they don't play with. Content is the most important thing Adsense needs from a blogger not traffic although you need traffic to boost you earning. Copied contents can never get adsense aproved on your blog, no matter the volume of traffic you are having on that blog.

Can other ads networks acept me
Yes other ads network will acept you if you have valuable traffic on your blog, but none of these ad networks is like Adsense. Putting ads on your blog will be useless if you don't have a good volume of traffic, because it can end up getting $0 a day.
